Cancel Anytime

There are no long-term contracts. All paid plans are week-to-week. Cancel from your dashboard with one click, anytime.

Immediate Effect

When you cancel, no new applications will be sent. Existing applications in progress will continue, and you can track them for 30 days.

No Hidden Fees

There are no cancellation fees, exit fees, or any other surprise charges. When you cancel, you're done.

You'll receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes of canceling. If you don't see it, check your spam or contact support.

Refund Questions

Email [email protected] within 7 days of your payment with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your account email and reason for cancellation. We process refunds within 3-5 business days.
If you're unsatisfied with our service within the first 7 days of any paid subscription, we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
Any applications already in progress will continue, and you'll receive updates on their status. No new applications will be sent after cancellation. Your dashboard access remains for 30 days to track existing applications.
Yes! You can pause your subscription from your dashboard. Pausing holds your subscription and no applications are sent, but you can resume anytime without losing your preferences.
You can reactivate your subscription anytime from your dashboard. If within 90 days, your preferences and history will still be there. After 90 days, you'll need to set up your profile again.
We offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions canceled after the 7-day window. Weekly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day period but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
