Built by a founder who lived this.
A layoff in 2023 turned into a question: why does the job-search market sell automation to people who need representation? OfferPath is the answer.
A founder who refreshed his own inbox.
In late 2023, Calvin Williams Jr., a Techstars Anywhere alum who had previously built Freeman Capital, the first Black-owned SEC-registered automated wealth management platform, got laid off.
What happened next was the same thing that happens to everyone else. He opened LinkedIn. He customized his resume. He filled out the same form, on the same six job boards, for the same kind of role he'd already done for fifteen years. He watched the applications disappear. He watched friends, directors, VPs, people who had built things, do the same.
"I'd raised over a million dollars across grants, accelerators, and a Black Founders Fund award for my last company, and I still couldn't get a callback for a role I was overqualified for. Something was broken, and it wasn't me."
The broken thing was the application layer itself. So Calvin built the response: a service where a trained human, not a bot, submits real, tailored applications on your behalf, leaves a receipt for every one, and gives you back the hours you were spending on form-fields. OfferPath is what he wished existed when he was the one refreshing his inbox.
Previously founded Freeman Capital, the first Black-owned automated wealth management platform (robo-advisor) registered by the SEC. Raised $1M+ across Techstars Anywhere (Jan '22), the Northwestern Mutual Black Founder Accelerator, Google for Startups Black Founders Fund, NC IDEA, and Backstage Capital.

What we believe.
The application layer of the modern job market is broken, and the people getting crushed by it are the ones who did everything right.
Job boards have become firehoses. Recruiters have outsourced filtering to keyword-matchers. The new wave of "AI apply" bots is making the noise worse, not better, and the recruiters you actually want to talk to know it.
Everyone else picked a side: pure automation that sprays your name everywhere, or pure-human services that can't scale. We built the hybrid: AI does the volume, a real person ensures the quality, and you stay in control.
The answer isn't more bots, and it isn't doing it all by hand. It's both, working together: software's scale paired with a real person's judgment. A name. A workday. A receipt.
When you sign up for OfferPath, a dedicated success manager is assigned to your account, a real person matched to your field. Our AI surfaces and drafts matched roles at volume; your success manager reviews every application before it's sent. You'll see their name on every row, and you can message them directly anytime.
We're not the cheapest, and we're not a one-click bot. We're the hybrid: AI for scale, a real person for judgment, with you in control the whole way.
We are a person who applies for you, and shows you the receipts. That's it. That's the company.
Four values, said plainly.
Not abstract. Mapped to what's in your dashboard.
Transparency
Every application has a receipt. Live URL, timestamp, platform, VA name. No black box. Click any row in your tracker and the proof is right there.
Quality > Quantity
The Blocked column in your tracker exists for a reason. Your VA passes on roles that don't fit: wrong stage, wrong stack, low fit. Apply-bots don't have that option.
Accessibility
$299 once. Not $80/month forever. The price ends when the pack ends. The 5 OfferPath career tools are unlimited and free, regardless of plan.
Continuous Improvement
Your VA learns your taste. Pack 2 is sharper than pack 1, because the person on your account has six weeks of your feedback to work from.
$299. Once. 200 applications. A real person.
The application layer is broken. We hired the response.
