7-day money-back

Not the right fit in your first week? Email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Job Offer Guarantee

If you accept a written job offer at any point during your active application pack, you get a prorated refund for the applications we haven't yet submitted.

Refund window

Any time between purchase date and the day your final application is submitted. The pause is immediate from the moment you email [email protected].

What counts as "hired"

A written offer letter (PDF, email, or DocuSign) from the employer's direct hiring contact (recruiter, hiring manager, or HR) for a full-time or contract role. The offer can come from any source, including a role you found yourself.

How to claim

Email [email protected] with your offer letter attached (PII can be redacted, we just need company, role, start date, signature). We confirm within 1 business day. Refund hits your original card within 5 business days.

Who issues the refund

ScaleUp Ventures, LLC (the legal entity that runs OfferPath). Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original card; nothing manual on your end.
